Ward Automation Holds Family Day to Celebrate the Opening of Its New Factory

Last month, Ward Automation moved into a new, larger, purpose-built design and manufacturing facility in Sligo. To celebrate the move, the company held a Staff Family Day at the new premises.

Ward Automation designs and manufactures automation machines and assembly solutions. Its clients include pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in Ireland and around the world.

John Ward is the Managing Director of Ward Automation. He said: “Moving into our new factory is a significant milestone in the development of Ward Automation. It increases our capacity and enables us to enhance the level of service we offer to customers.

“To celebrate moving into the new building, we invited the family of all staff to come in for food, drinks, and entertainment. Our employees were also able to give their families a tour of the new facility.

“Food was supplied by Baker Boys, the new café in Finisklin, along with Margarets Café and cake from O’Hehirs. The children enjoyed a bouncy castle, foosball, pony rides, and miniature electric cars,” said John.
